Refunds and cancellations.
These are the rules for lessons and PDF packs bought from Greek in Cyprus. The University of Cyprus exam fee is paid to the university and is not covered here.
Group lessons
You can reschedule or cancel a group lesson free of charge until 24 hours before it starts. Write to tutor-contact@greekincyprus.com or WhatsApp +357 99 289331. A later cancellation, or a no-show, is not refunded.
Eight-lesson pack
The pack is €180, paid once, and is valid for 4 months from the day you buy it. Unused lessons from that pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, unused lessons are not refunded. Lessons already taught are kept.
Private lessons
A private lesson is €45. The same 24-hour rule applies: cancel or reschedule before then, or the lesson is not refunded.
PDF packs
Self-study PDFs are not refundable once a download link has been used. If a file will not open and you have not downloaded it, write to us and we will send a fresh link or refund the pack.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we confirm the refund. Card payments are refunded by Stripe. A bank or Revolut transfer is returned to the account it came from.
